ELLM Grant

ELLM Grant

Mission:

The Early Literacy Learning Model (ELLM) confronts the effects of poverty on school readiness, particularly in the area of literacy, in at-risk Pre-K classrooms and childcare centers throughout Collier County.  ELLM is designed to close the school readiness gap for at-risk 4-year-old children in Collier County.

Naples Children & Education Foundation (NCEF) selects Blueprint Partners that exemplify the highest levels of efficacy and accountability. The Early Literacy & Learning Model (ELLM) is a partnership with Florida Gulf Coast University that provides leadership for NCEF’s Early Learning Initiative, a groundbreaking effort that brings nonprofits together to achieve a greater collective impact. Blueprint Partners collaborate to optimize funding and develop innovative programs to deliver high-quality early learning programs. NCEF Blueprint Partners in the Initiative also include ABLE Academy, Early Learning Coalition of SWFL, Guadalupe Center, Pathways Early Education Center of Immokalee and Redlands Christian Migrant Association (RCMA).
