We offer a wide variety of group fitness classes that are free to the FGCU Community, as well as custom personal training to meet your specific goals. We also offer small group training which is a great opportunity to add new dimensions of fitness into your routine by combining personal training and group fitness.

ISSA Personal Training Certification

Iron Eagles

Iron Eagles is a friendly test-out competition in which individuals will find their one rep maximum on three primary lifts: deadlift, bench, and squat. As the semester goes on, participants will be placed onto the leadership board for the three lifts depending on percentages increased one test-out session to the next. 

Session 1 dates:

  • Monday, January 29 12:00pm - 3:00pm
  • Wednesday, January 31 2:00pm - 5:00pm

Session 2 dates: 

  • Tuesday, March 26: 2:00pm - 5:00pm
  • Wednesday, March 27: 12:00pm - 3:00pm
