How to Submit an Annual Budget Request
This process is available for Registered Student Organizations, University Sponsored Organizations and Campus Departments who are eligible for Activity & Service funding to request funds for an entire fiscal year.
Annual Budget Application is sent directly to the eligible organizations and departments each year.
How to Submit A Bill
This process is available forRegistered Student Organizations, University Sponsored Organizations and Campus Departments who are eligible for Activity & Service funding to request funds outside of the Annual Budget process.

How to Submit a Travel Request
This process is available for any Registered Student Organization that is eligible for Activity and Service funding to travel to conferences, retreats, and other organization-related event outside of Lee and Collier Counties.
