• On a typical day in October 2023, Southwest Florida had 13,184 residential properties listed for sale. Listings in the region rose 12 percent from September 2023 and remained 74 percent above the October 2022 measure.

• Lee County had 7,159 active listings in October 2023, up 13 percent from September 2023 and 86 percent above the October 2022 measure.
• Collier County recorded 3,399 active listings in October 2023, a 14 percent increase from the previous month and 43 percent above the same month last year.
• Charlotte County active listings increased to 2,419 units in October 2023, up 10 percent from the prior month and 109 percent above October 2022.
• Hendry County had 166 active listings in October 2023, up 7 percent from the prior month and 11 percent over October 2022.
• Glades County reported 41 active listings in October 2023, up 5 percent from the previous month and 17 percent over October 2022.
