Continuing the legacy
The McTarnaghan Legacy Society, named for our founding president, recognizes his contributions as well as the generous visionaries who have chosen to remember FGCU in their estate plans. Their philanthropy has helped propel FGCU's meteoric growth and provided the foundation for academic excellence for future generations.
The McTarnaghan Legacy Society was created to honor our first president and individuals who have secured their legacies through meaningful planned gifts to the university. Society members share a strong bond of philanthropy that has enriched the institution and brought about extraordinary achievements in our short history.

You may choose to be recognized as part of the FGCU McTarnaghan Legacy Society. After
submission of the confirmation form to the FGCU Foundation, you will receive a welcome
packet signifying your enrollment in the society.
One of the ways to provide notice of a planned gift to the university is by completion
of this form.
