Senior Care Partner

Helping seniors age at home

In this 16-week program, you will learn how to assess a client's needs and to develop a care plan using clinical services, community-based services, and technology that enables them to stay at home and to avoid moving to a nursing home or assisted living facility. You will learn how to manage multidisciplinary teams and to effectively communicate with clients and families.
