Victor Rios De La Espriella's Profile

Victor Rios (he/el) currently serves as the Coordinator of Multicultural Development within the Multicultural and Leadership Development Center, a division within Campus Life. In his role, Victor oversees the planning of several cultural and identity-driven experiences celebrated at FGCU. Through collaborative efforts with student groups, he helps create impactful on-campus and off-campus experiences and encounters that highlight the importance of inclusive leadership. Originally from Panama City, Panama, Victor's journey led him to achieve a B.S. in Psychology and International Affairs from Florida State University. Building upon this foundation, he attained his M.S.Ed. in Higher Education Administration: Student Life and Development from the University of Miami in hopes of serving college students and assisting them in their development process. In his free time, he loves movie marathons, especially any Marvel movies or shows, going to the beach, and enjoying a good brunch.
