Margaret Hood's Profile

Margaret Hood grew up in Arrington TN. She received a B.S. in Marine Biology from Auburn University, and a M.S. in Biology from UNCG. She has taught various biology courses for over 20 years, was the anatomy lab coordinator and manager for 13 years, and was an academic advisor for the Biology Department and CASA at UNCG. She recently joined the FGCU team and is teaching General Biology I. In her free time, she enjoys biking, pickleball, wake surfing, exploring national parks, and spending time with friends and family.
