My research interests focus broadly on human memory, bilingual language acquisition, decision making and problem solving as well as the nature of artificial intelligence and our use of and comfort with intelligent machines. Our Cognition Lab attempts to tackle these and related questions using cognitive experimental methods that help evaluate and describe the formation and lifetime evolution of autobiographical memories, the effects of context on language and problem solving, and best practices in learning and retention of information.
