Jennifer Macbeth is an Instructor in FGCU's Integrated Studies program. She teaches
the University Colloquium: A Sustainable Future, as well as Beans & Bugs: Sustainable
Food and Issues in Ecology & Environment. Jennifer serves as the director of the Southwest
Florida Rabbit Rescue and chair of the FGCU Food Forest Governing Board.
