Felicha, the Academic Support Coordinator of R.I.S.E. at Florida Gulf Coast University, is a passionate advocate for education. With over 10 years of experience in the education field, Felicha has journeyed from Early Childhood education to her current role in Higher Education, specializing in Special Education with an endorsement in Autism. As a proud FGCU alumna, Felicha was an active leader on campus. Her involvement spanned across numerous organizations, including Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc., Black Student Alliance, Haitian Student Organization, A.S.A.P, and Kappa Delta Pi Honor Society in Education, showcasing her commitment to community and leadership.
