Jeter, Dodie (Ed.S)
Dodie Jeter comes to the Office of Adaptive Services with eighteen years of experience in education in both public and private school settings. Prior to coming to FGCU, her experience included working in the roles of general education classroom teacher, ESE classroom and resource teacher, staffing specialist, school support facilitator, and school administrator. Dodie earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and her Master of Arts in Varying Exceptionalities from the University of Central Florida as well as her Educational Specialist’s Degree in Educational Leadership from Nova Southeastern University. She is excited to be serving as Assistant Director of Adaptive Services and is looking forward to encouraging and equipping FGCU students to strive for academic excellence. Outside of work, Dodie enjoys spending her free time with her husband and four daughters.
