    Meet Alejandro Salais, the Coordinator for Leadership Development in the Multicultural and Leadership Development (MLD) Center. In this position, Alejandro assists with and promotes programs in the MLD Center such as the iLEAD Summit, Emerging Eagles, 3D Symposium, and many more! Originally from Lansing, MI, Alejandro attended Central Michigan University where he has earned a BAA in Spanish and Broadcast & Cinematic Arts as well as a Master’s in Higher Education Administration and Social Justice. In his free time, Alejandro enjoys running, swimming, playing the piano, and making multilingual covers of Disney songs! As lover of languages and cultures, Alejandro speaks English, Spanish, and Portuguese and is always interested in learning new words in different languages! Feel free to spark up some conversation with him sometime to learn words in his languages or to teach him some of yours! Overall, Alejandro’s greatest passion is building intercultural understanding in order to cultivate welcoming and inclusive spaces for all.
