HENDRY COUNTY: Level I (Block 4) and Level II (Block 5) Teacher Candidates

Identification: Please identify yourself as an FGCU Teacher Candidate (Intern) and specify your school assignment. Please be sure to have your Social Security card and your Drivers License with you for identification.

Cost: $84.00 Check or Money Order only – No cash accepted.

Cost: $57.25 Credit Card payment in advance or Money Order only – No checks or cash accepted.

Credit Card - payment in advance can be made via the Internet at http://www.flprints.com or by calling toll-free 877-357-7456 (Monday-Friday 8 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. EST) You will receive a confirmation number to take to the Glades County School District Office.

Money Orders - should be made out to “Fingerprinting Services, LLC” and should be available at time of fingerprinting.
