Refunds are processed on a weekly basis every Wednesday afternoon.   Electronic Refunds (eRefunds) will be available the next day.  Paper checks will take 3-5 days and will be mailed to the address on file.

Receive your refund quicker by signing up for eRefunds.

1. Log into Gulfline
2. Click on Bill & Payment Center
3. Click on Electronic Refunds from under My Profile Setup
4. Click on Set Up Account and follow the steps

Florida Gulf Coast University requires Two-Step Verification for all eRefund Profile and Personal Profile changes within the Bill & Payment Center.  Two-Step Verification provides an extra layer of security for confirming a user’s identity. 

To enroll in Two-Step Verification:

1. Log into Gulfline 
2. Click on Bill & Payment Center
3. Click on Security Settings under My Profile Setup
4. Follow steps on screen

Tax year 2021 and prior are currently available. Students can retrieve their form(s) by following these steps:

1. Log into Gulfline
2. Click on Bill & Payment Center
3. Click on My Account
4. Click on Statements
5. Click on the 1098-T Tax Statements tab
6. Select the respective Tax Year (You must have Adobe Acrobat Reader 8.x or higher to view the 1098-T Statement)
