FGCU is partnered with Zeno Office Solutions to provide Xerox products across campus. Please contact copiers@fgcu.edu for information on available products.
SERVICE REQUESTS
For service requests AND supplies (replacement waste toner cartridges and staples) submit through the Service Request Form or the Supply Order Form.
You can also email ZOS-Service@xerox.com or call into support at 813-253-0318 or 800-226-6482.
The University has negotiated a four (4) hour maximum response time for service requests.
Student Printing Solutions
Students will have the ability to copy, scan, and print from machines located in the Library. Access to these student machines will be granted by swiping an Eagle ID card and the associated charges will be deducted from the card's Eagle Dollar balance.
