FGCU has partnered with CEA Abroad Study Centers to offer a comprehensive experiential learning based program during the semester. You take a full semester course load from the hundreds of virtual courses offered at FGCU and let CEA do what they do best, facilitate high quality immersive high impact programming in the iconic cities of Dublin, Ireland and Seville Spain.

Global Learning Fest

May 17th - May 30th (virtual)

Global Learning Fest is a full calendar of self-paced 360° experiences that coincide with live streaming events and an active online community group. Each day participants can explore the 360° Global Learning Experiences in various areas of study, as well as joining in on live streaming events with the local guides featured in the 360° GLE and other inspiring guest speakers from around the world. There will be diverse global destinations, 360 virtual experiences, cooking classes, themed discusions, games and much more!

Summer and Fall Study Abroad Students 

Students that will be participating in programs this summer or fall will have their required pre-depature orientations. We will cover some general topics to consider related to your travel, health, safety, processes, documentation, credit transfer, culture awareness and more. Matt has been working in the field of international education since 1999. As a student he studied abroad in London and since then has backpacked or lived in Australia, Southeast Asia, South America and Europe. Before relocating to SW Florida in 2015 to work at FGCU, Matt worked with an education abroad provider organization in Brazil. His experiences living and working abroad have enhanced his commitment to international education and transformative learning.
